- Native Plant Sale with Toadshade Wildflower Farm, Saturday, April 26, 9am to 2pm. Toadshade is bringing its seed-grown, pesticide-free native plants to Madison for a semi-annual sale. You can pre-order for pickup ad Madison Green & Clean in the Prospect St. parking lot. If you're out of town, email us ([email protected]) and we'll hold your order.

- Madison Green & Clean, Saturday, April 26, 9 am to 2pm, at the Prospect St. parking lot. This year, the Borough is holding a green fair, an EV expo, a vegan fest and a native plant sale as part of its annual spring cleanup.

- How Can I Help? Saving Nature With Your Yard Wildly anticipated in native plant circles, best-selling author Doug Tallamy's newest book answers 499 questions (including 498 you didn't know you had). To celebrate we're partnering with the Nature of Reading Bookshop to host a community forum, moderated by nature aficionados and experts. Together we'll talk about the book's "ah-ha" moments and discuss Tallamy topics ranging from planting to avoid ticks, the benefits of dead wood and the problem with privet. The event is free but registration is required.
